By accessing this website, submitting a booking request or completing an online payment, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms apply to accommodation reservations, venue bookings, weddings, events, functions, packages and other services offered by Lakeview Resort.

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Lakeview Resort.

• Customers must provide accurate booking information.
• A booking is confirmed after the required payment has been successfully received and the reservation has been confirmed.
• Availability is subject to room category, selected date, package and resort capacity.
• Lakeview Resort may contact the customer to verify booking details where required.

Prices displayed on the website may be subject to applicable taxes, government levies, service charges or other applicable charges.

The final amount payable will be displayed during the booking/payment process before the customer completes the transaction.

Lakeview Resort may accept online payments through an authorised third-party payment gateway.

Depending on availability, customers may be able to pay using credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking or other payment methods supported by the payment gateway.

• The customer must use a valid and authorised payment method.
• The customer is responsible for entering correct payment and booking information.
• Payment transactions are subject to applicable banking, card-network, UPI and payment-gateway procedures.
• Complete card or banking credentials are not intentionally stored by Lakeview Resort on its website.

If a payment is debited from the customer's account but the booking confirmation is not generated, the customer should contact Lakeview Resort with the transaction/reference details.

In the event of a failed, duplicate or unsuccessful transaction, any eligible reversal or refund will be processed after verification and reconciliation with the payment gateway and/or relevant bank.

Refund or reversal timelines may depend on the payment gateway, acquiring bank, issuing bank and payment method.

Cancellation terms depend on the type of booking, package, room, event or service selected.

• Cancellation requests should be made through the official Lakeview Resort contact details.
• Applicable cancellation charges may vary depending on the booking and cancellation timing.
• Promotional, special-rate, event and advance-purchase bookings may have separate cancellation conditions.
• Customers should review the applicable cancellation conditions before completing payment.

Refunds, where applicable, shall be processed according to the cancellation and refund conditions applicable to the customer's booking.

• Eligible refunds will generally be processed to the original payment method.
• Applicable cancellation charges or permitted deductions may be deducted from the refundable amount.
• Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway and customer's bank.
• Lakeview Resort is not responsible for delays caused solely by banks, payment providers or payment gateways.

Check-in and check-out timings applicable to the booking will be communicated during the reservation process or in the booking confirmation.

• Early check-in is subject to availability.
• Late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
• Guests may be required to provide valid government-issued identification.
• Additional documentation may be required where applicable by law.

Guests are expected to follow applicable laws, safety requirements and reasonable resort rules.

• Guests must provide accurate identification and booking information.
• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
• Damage caused to resort property may be recoverable from the responsible guest.
• Illegal, unsafe or disruptive activities are not permitted on the premises.

Lakeview Resort provides venue and event-related services subject to availability and the agreed quotation/package.

Wedding, corporate, social and other event bookings may be governed by a separate quotation, agreement, advance-payment schedule and event-specific terms.

Additional requirements requested after confirmation may attract additional charges.

Promotional offers and special packages may have specific validity periods, eligibility requirements and availability restrictions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers may not be combined with other offers.

Lakeview Resort makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate website information. However, room availability, facilities, photographs, descriptions, prices and services may change from time to time.

Information provided during a booking may be used for reservation processing, payment verification, customer communication, customer support and service delivery.

Payment information is processed through the relevant payment service provider according to its applicable security and privacy procedures.

Customers should also review the Lakeview Resort Privacy Policy.

Lakeview Resort may verify transactions where there is a reasonable concern regarding fraudulent, suspicious, duplicate or unauthorised activity.

A booking may be suspended or cancelled where required verification cannot be satisfactorily completed, subject to applicable law and the applicable refund conditions.

Lakeview Resort will take reasonable steps to provide the services confirmed in a customer's booking.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Lakeview Resort shall not be responsible for indirect losses or delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including payment-gateway interruptions, banking failures, internet outages, natural events or government restrictions.

Lakeview Resort shall not be considered in breach where performance is prevented or materially affected by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, fire, public emergencies, government restrictions or major infrastructure failures.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of India.

Any dispute relating to bookings, payments or services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, subject to applicable law.

Lakeview Resort may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in services, booking procedures, payment arrangements or applicable requirements.

The latest version published on this page shall apply to future bookings unless otherwise stated.
